「There aren't any amenities! They didn't even have a little coffee pot in the rooms! The beds were not very comfortable. We stayed from a Friday to a Wednesday! The little garage door to the front desk was closed most of the time we were there!! I will not stay here again if I have to go to Sumter again!! I don't even recommend this hotel!!」

「We stayed there for 5 nights and every night seemed worse. At check in the lady was bothered that my husband and I and our 8 year old son would sleep in 1 bed with my daughter in the other bed.
She claimed the room was too small for us and was rude when I said my son would sleep with us.
The room she gave us was terrible. The AC was broken, which was fixed a day later BUT the AC then started to leak all over the floor. We used towels to keep soaking up the leak. This was our 3rd night in....

「Staff was great. Location is fantastic with respect to proximity to dining options.
My two greatest complaints are that the in-room wifi was absolutely horrible and the bed was NOISY!!!!
I had to go out to McDonalds & Chick-Fil-A to get wifi that allowed me to work.
Everytime I rolled over on the bed, I could hear the metal bedframe/springs squeaking & shifting.」
