“Wunderbar!”

“The overall stay in the two nights was good. There was a little misunderstanding during check in but the front desk manager fixed the issue very quick and appropriately. Staff in the breakfast restaurant are very helpful, Adi's good services and big smile definitely the reason to give guests a good start in the morning. I will come again in my next business trip. In the room we live there is no light in the living room, suggest to provide lighting so to give customer a bright stay. ”

“If you are arriving late night be prepared to potentially not gain access. We arrived at around midnight, pressed the bell for the lift and no one answered, luckily someone who was staying at the hotel came down so we were able to get into the lift to go up. Once again we got to the door and had to press the bell for entry, we could see the staff member sat on the desk but he was ignoring the bell. Someone who was staying came back and tapped their card which meant we were able to gain access to……

“Breakfast is nice. Staffs are really helpful and friendly. Room is good as always.”

“This hotel is a historic property that has been updated. The rooms are nice, large enough for several days, including a decent-sized bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The entrance to the room was a trip: there is a "historical door," and behind that, a modern door—kind of a cool touch. It's within walking distance of some of Hamburg's attractions, and the taxi ride to areas like the Reeperbahn and the harbour wasn't terrible. We didn't eat at the restaurant, so I can't comment on……
