「The air conditioner is not working on my first day, I am asking to change other room, they told me you have just requested on it, and we do provide you the air conditioner in room, just to refuse all I m asking. The lift is not working since my third day to stay. When it comes to recall the hotel that I had in my life, Gremes Carat Hotel is the most horrible hotel that I have ever had. Those staff are not too helpful. It states the hotel located near train station, but it takes me a bit time...

「Clean room, the guy at the counter didn't speak much English, when paying the tax I swept the card twice because the first time didn't print, but it still paid 2 times, so the next day he already had the to give back for the accident without even asking! Location is a bit remote, sketchy when you come to the place for the first time when it's already night out, but has sbahn in a 5min distance and a park next to it. No hair dryer I think. Oh and the toilet seat didn't stand up by itself」
