「I stayed at this location for my 25th birthday get-together & it was amazing! The home was very clean & comfortable. The hosts are very friendly, clear and responsive. It is very difficult to find Long Island properties that will allow small gatherings, so this is definitely a gem! I look forward to staying here again.」

「Came up for a wedding and the house worked out perfect for us! Owner communicated with me throughout. Only suggestion I would have is to have more mirrors! We had a lot of girls trying to get ready at the same time.」

「Great spot right near the beautiful village and public beach of Stony Brook (unprocessed, natural sand). The house has been updated nicely. Very light and welcoming. Several options for sleeping arrangements and extra bedding, especially if traveling with kids. Great appliances and kitchen for prepping and eating meals at home rather than spending big bucks 3 times a day (esp when traveling with 4 teens).
