“Food excellent and good value, room nice, clean, they left fresh milk in the room. All staff really friendly and helpful. would go again.”

“Lovely setting, really helpful staff. The room itself was fantatsic and had every amenity you might expect. Unfortunately let down by a usable, but tired bath room. We also drank and ate in the pub which was really nice and good value.”

“Staff were very helpful and friendly (Martha was especially good). Good selection of beer and great atmosphere”

“Was fab . Breakfast was delicious .”

“The chairs are filthy, the handle was hanging off the bathroom door which was the size of a small broom cupboard and the walls don't reach the ceiling. It's a small bedsit which you get to up a fire escape. No idea how it gets such good reviews. Also the radiator didn't work and the WiFi gave up part way through our stay and the TV stopped working. Sometimes we could here what next door guests were saying word for word! Only positives were the nice water and juice and Bed was ok. Pretty grim……

“Lovely little bolt hole next to a great pub. The bed was very comfy and the shower was amazing. The outside seating is overlooked by the main road and due to roadworks it was a bit too busy with standing traffic to sit outside. The pub next door was very good and we enjoyed an evening meal and breakfast the next day.”

“Brilliant property. ”
