“N/A, excellent and worth to come back again!!”

“The staff are helpful. It is actually not that far away from Tonmei IC as google suggested. There is a quick way to get there. Betterment a message to the hotel to ask how to get there. There are shuttles starting from 10am to reach Gotemba station.”

“There isn't much restaurants nearby.”

“We had an amazing stay at Hakone Hotel Kowaki-en. Since its recent renewal, the hotel feels incredibly modern, clean, and welcoming. The highlight was definitely the open-air hot spring on the top floor—soaking in the onsen while taking in the stunning mountain views was pure bliss. The buffet was another pleasant surprise; both breakfast and dinner offered a fantastic variety of fresh seafood, sashimi, and even free-flowing drinks. Location-wise, it’s highly convenient as the bus stop is……

“Good location”

“It is a very pleasant stay if you can manage the self Check in, I'm ok with the self check in process, but saw people have some difficulty on that. Overall the cleanness, Car parking, the area itself is great, highly recommend, it is a cozy and comfortable experience. But the hotel entrance is sometimes hard to find.”
