The host is very responsive and goes above and beyond to help with any need you may have whether it is about the home or outside of the home. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors are very friendly. I would definitely recommend this home to everyone. 10 out of 10!」

「My husband played in a golf tournament and I explored the area. Santee is home to a fabulous State Park, there are shopping and antiquing options, plenty of decent restaurants, Charleston is an easy drive and EVERYONE of the locals is helpful and hospitable. Tons of GREAT golf courses. Fishing is everywhere but we don’t fish.」

「Lovely little place with deck looking out to big yard with trees and a pond. Lots of birdsong. Small refrigerator and a microwave, no stove. Comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. 」

「Very nice place and very nice neighborhood. We stayed for a Military Graduation. However you do have to keep in mind to stay quiet because the neighbors are very close to each other. Also it is a bit dusty. But other than that easy communication with host and nice experience. I recommend. 」

「This is a well stocked condo with the exception of soaps and shampoo. There is a Keurig with a few pods provided. It was perfect for a weekend visit with friends. We look forward to returning in the future. The sunrise is absolutely beautiful! A very nice place on the lake!peaceful place!」
