We had a group of 12 and this house was perfect! We all fit perfectly and loved being able to jump into town or to the ski resort so easily!! Thanks for a great time!

Very Clean and Spacious

The home was very clean and roomy for my group. The only improvements would be to fix the icemaker and that the hot tub had a weird smell. Otherwise would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Stay close to the Slopes

This home is gorgeous and has PLENTY of space for a big group. It is less than 5 minutes to get to Baldy and only a few more minutes to get into Ketchum for dinner. We really enjoyed our short time at this property and are already trying to figure out a time to get back!

Perfect location!

We had 8 adults on a ski trip. It was close to the resort and town. The house was perfect size for all 8 of us. It was very clean. We will defiantly be back. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Comfortable House

Comfortable house for groups. If you want to use the hot tub facility make sure you tell them ahead of your stay or you’ll be out of luck. As far as kitchen things go, they are missing hot pads and measuring cups things of that sort. Overall, we enjoyed our time there. Comfortable home and would recommend. The guy that looks over the home is suer friendly and responsive

Well priced

Kitchen was under stocked. This was the biggest issue. Rooms are smaller than they appear online but we all still felt comfortable in space. Great layout. Great location. Guest bedrooms are drafty. All in all we were happy woth the property and price.

Quiet & Peaceful

Great house with tons of room for adults and dogs- deck on back was nice to sit out in am and in evenings. Plenty of space and beds, beds are comfortable! Quiet neighborhood to walk dogs and go for walk/runs. Would definitely stay again!

Ski Trip Sun Valley

Very cozy home and each of the 4 couples had enough space to enjoy their own quiet time. Fireplace room was a hit!! And hot tub was very nice after skiing. Location was the perfect distance from town and ski area. Would stay here again:)

Luxury Vacation Home

We spent a few days here on a Sun Valley ski trip and it was an amazing property to come back to after a day on the slopes. It’s close to the center of town and the resort and has all the amenities to feel right at home. The hot tub was absolutely a plus to rest our sore muscles!

Cozy Sun Valley Vibes big enough for the whole family!

This was a great place for the family to stay and relax. It's in a quiet neighborhood, yet it feels secluded. The place is big and the areas of the house are separated enough so that those who'd like to relax, can do so while others can hang out. The house is close to a gorgeous bike path too!

The house is reasonably priced, but a small hiccup, not able to watch Sunday football or Monday night football for a guys golf trip. Tried to get it resolved, asked for some compensation and was given a “we’ll see what we can do” with no follow up. They were nice but not looking to stay there next year.

Cozy Mountain Home Vibes in a Quiet and Serene Neighborhood

We rented this house for a small family gathering with ages ranging from 7 years old to 72. The house is set up in a way that we could relax if wanted, go to bed early, or play cards into the wee hours of the morning and not bother anyone. It's nestled into a beautiful neighborhood but does not feel jammed in between houses. The house is close to a golf course and a pristine bike path as well. We'd stay again!

Wedding party

Our daughter and her fiancé got married in Sun Valley. This property was ideal for family and friends coming to the wedding. Room location gave privacy and space for everyone. Hot tub, patio, bikes, walks through neighborhood, and large kitchen made it great for games, conversation, one on one time as well as group time. Next time we’ll bring our dog! Beautiful property!

Great location and neighborhood and amenities

Overall an excellent experience. Very spacious and was clean upon arrival. Easy for 3 infants/toddlers to have their own sleeping space with 3 couples. Would recommend a few things - installing AC for upstairs and game room, upgrading dryer or warning guests that it takes a long time to dry, stocking items like dishwasher pods more. Community amenities like the pool is wonderful - especially village pool location. Hot tub reaches temp only when jets are turned on.

Great Place

We had an excellent 3 night stay for 9 of us and had a wonderful time. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds were in good shape and the unit was clean. There were no towels upstairs, but the master had plenty of extra and we got by just fine. I wanted to sharpen the knives that were there, but I could not find any kind of sharpener. We did cook most of our own meals to save $ in Sun Valley. The heat was somewhat difficult to work with. We did get it to where we were comfortable. Thanks for the great place--we would use it again!!!

Overall good, but spa was dirty and the water smelled. Took 2 days to fix, they then showed up unannounced at dark, roaming around the backyard. A little scary. Heating system is difficult to work.
