「FYI they painted the outside of the hotel so it is no longer orange, it is now dark gray. The photos of the rooms are also not the same. Parking is in the alley behind the hotel underneath in a parking garage. It is LOUD - heavy traffic on Collins and lots of sirens and horns all day and night. 「We had a great time at this property. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating! They even offered a special gift for my little daughter’s birthday! This is our go to place when we come visit Miami.」

「The main reason why I rated it 3 star was because the rooms had absolutely no protection from noise … the room next door had people who chose to stay up all night playing music and talk … it wasn’t loud but it was very disturbing and we didn’t sleep well Also the property pools were actually too hot for swimming and the bathrooms do t have showers which is not convenient since the amenities are accross the street」

「Pretty average hotel. Very noisy at night as it's right next to a busy road. The positives were free parking and walking distance to the beach. The room was ok, it was clean but pretty basic. It was fine for 1 night but would not be ideal for longer.」

「This place for the price and location is perfect. Parking is easy. Place is very cute. Biggest issue is the carpets are very stained in room. If this place threw down some laminate flooring it would be very nice. Also, they need to update their room keys so they are not always deactivating. That is pretty annoying. Overall I would stay there again.」

「There is no onsite staff to help assist you, they only communicate through messages and it’s hard to get a response from them in a timely manor, they said they had parking and then messaged us and said they do not have parking, our toilet also would not flush, the room was hot and muggy, and the staffing messaging us were unreliable, we asked for a refund and would not give us one. Warning - Do Not Book unless you want to be scammed! 」
