「Deception! Don’t be fooled: this is not a one-bedroom apartment. It’s a small bedroom on a floor with two other bedrooms, and the bathroom and kitchen are shared, There is practically no privacy. When we arrived, I explained that the ad and photos were deceptive and made it seem like a suite, so the owner (Minh) agreed to let us cancel with a full refund. But later when I contacted support for the refund Minh denied that and only gave a 50% refund. Not cool.」

Some feedbacks - bathtub jacuzzi was not working in my stay, thermostat was not functioning too and balcony patio was completely unfinished so couldn’t sit there and enjoy the view.
