“Listing somewhat misleading, cover photo of building in Darling Square is NOT the building the apartment is located in, apartment building is a block further away. Room was adequate, but showing its age. Self check in and check out via key in locked mail box, no on site staff for assistance or service. We were contacted numerous times after we left by various people saying they could not find the key that we had returned to their mailbox as instructed, before they eventually notified us that……

“Our family had a lovely stay overall. The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Chinatown is just downstairs and heaps of food choices all day. The property manager was very friendly, informative, and made the check-in process smooth. We also appreciated being accommodated with an early check-in (for an additional fee), which was very helpful after our trip. The only area that could use some improvement is the bathroom exhaust fan, as it didn’t clear the steam well after……

“Everything was great! Julie was always available if needed. It was a great location in Sydney. Even though we were not feeling well part of the time, was easy to find a pharmacy and Door Dash was quick with delivery of food. Really enjoyed our visit. When we felt better, there were some fantastic restaurants and Coffe shops near us. ”

“Good basic apartment in easy reach of the LRT system, grocery stores etc (5 mins walk, if the traffic lights smile upon you). Everything worked, we had no issues. There's some street noise at night, but it's not intrusive and didn't go on very late. Decor is a little tired (same is true for the whole building), but perfectly clean and functional.”

“Everything was just perfect, from accessing the property to its stunning location. The view alone could entertain you for hours. The only aspect that was difficult was the lack of air con with the hot and humid weather. This maybe a strata issue, as it would appear no other unit within the complex had AC. ”

“The apartment is well equipped and has all it needs for a family getaway (e.g. cooking utensil, oven, seasoning, fridge and so so). Good lighting and generally clean. The air-conditioner is on upstairs only and if it's a hot day, sitting downstairs doesn't feel any cool stream. Besides, the apartment is located right next to the street level, noise from the passers-by or cars and next door neighbors can be easily heard. The host is responsive to enquiries”
