「HUGE rooms furnishings old but serviceable. Very lovely quaint hotel . Enjoyed our stay immensely. Only complaints were ice machine did not work but staff brought some down, and zero food on site. No coffee etc except on room. No microwave but we were okay with it all. Would stay here again 」

「i definitely enjoyed my stay! the only issue i had is that i was checked into a room i didn’t pay for, my room was supposed to have the tub in the room but i didn’t. i paid extra to have that specific amenity and it was a completely different room. wasn’t going to fuss about a few extra dollars though. it’s the principle though. the person who checked me in didn’t even mention that the room i booked was unavailable or anything. so 7.99/10 for the Quality Inn !」

「Safe for families traveling to see attractions such as the filming locations of the Vampire Diaries, In The Heat of The Night, The Dukes of Hazard, etc. Home of Mystic Falls “Virginia” located in the heart of Covington. The only issue I actually had was the AC. I could not adjust the AC to my environment, as I am hot natured and always burning up. Other than that small inconvenience, our stay was amazing. WILL DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN!!!! Amazing!!!」

「This property was in the perfect location. Just a few minutes away from all of our destinations. The area is walkable and lively -full of things to do. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Customer service is extremely important to us the staff did not disappoint. Will definitely choose this hotel again the next time we are in Decatur. 」

「I did not like the large crowd of men looming in thevparking lot. The general vicinity has changed since i lived there. A lot. However, the staff was very accommodating, and assured me i was safe as well as my vehicle.」

「Property was very clean, easy to check into and easy to locate. The staff on property went above and beyond, amazing customer service. The only complaint we have is the parking is terrible. The parking lot has some tight turns, and when we came back to our hotel the 2nd night, there was not a single parking spot left. The front desk worker had to move her car multiple times, from places that weren't even parking spots to let customers park. We ended up having to park right at the front door, on...

「I booked 2 days. after the first night, we went out for shopping and came back, our room was occupied. We were told we just booked one night without calling us, even we had our packages in the room.」

「This property desperately needs some updating. The control panel on the elevator was taped on! Walls and floors dirty and worn. The whole place is nonsmoking but our room had burn marks everywhere and smelled of old smoke. One bed slanted so hard to one side we could barely sleep pillows were a total lumpy mess. However the staff were mostly friendly, informative and polite. 」

「My family and I stayed in the Suite, that consisted of 2 queen beds and a double pull-out. It was pretty good. There were two exceptions - the curtains were torn and my mom wasn't able to close them to keep the morning sunshine from coming in, and the bathtub wasn't clean when we arrived. However, it was checkout and the cleaning ladies was conveniently cleaning the room across from ours so she came in and cleaned it for us. They have a maintenance man that I was forever seeing either cleaning...
