“There was some spray/pesticide that gave me a severe allergic reaction. Moved out the next morning. Had booked and payed for 6 nights. Urban Rest agreed to refund me 5 nights but did not! Charged me more than $100 extra for that one night. Why I do not know”

“The location of this room was amazing. However, from the photos I made the assumption we’d have a view when in fact there is absolutely no view. Hardly any natural light bc the window faces a small alley way. The location was unbeatable!! The air con didn’t work but the manager got us a portable unit pretty quickly. We’d stay again except now we know there is no view or access to a balcony. ”
