  • Located on the corner of River Rd, Emu Plains means walking distance to The Nepean River, countless restaurants, cafes & local family pub & parks.

    30 minutes by car to the Blue Mountains & 40 minutes to Sydney CBD or jump on a train at Emu Plains station for ease which is only a 5-minute walk away.

    We are a stone's throw away from all of what Nepean Valley has to offer.

    Our property is located in Gated complex with lock up tandem garage for your own use.
    It offers 4 bedrooms with ensuite to the main.
    Built in wardrobes to all bedrooms.
    Ceiling fans to all bedrooms & ducted air-conditioning.

    Balcony off Main bedroom.

Great short getaway

Our family needed to be in the area to be near family and we were very comfortable.We had everything we needed and the place was spotless. Communication and instructions were brilliant, easy and responsive. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We were down for a seminar in Penrith and suited our needs. However the washing machine appears to have some black residue in it possibly mould, en-suite toilet seat loose and upstairs air conditioner didn’t work in the master bedroom and the bedroom next to the master bedroom if it did we weren’t given any instructions. Check in was easy and would still recommend this place
