"This was one of the nicest places we have stayed. The hosts really thought of everything to make this a comfortable stay. It was easily the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in...spotless from floorboards to ceiling. Everything was stocked with really nice touches like chocolates on the kitchen table, selection of K-cups, bottles of water and even 2 packaged toothbrushes in the main bathroom.Lots of towels (and not paper thin), great pillows, comfy beds. List goes on and on.Nice neighborhood...a bit of a drive to downtown (25-30 minutes) but I would take that over being in a quiet subdivision."

"When we arrived, we were told the rooms were not ready yet ( 4:30 pm). The older receptionist told us, it wasn’t her fault that she could only do so much and she was at an age where she was not going to stress out. She said the housekeeping dept had failed to do their job and the front seat he not been notified. So, after Luke 1 hour of waiting, we got our keys. By that time there were a group of people waiting in the lobby. There was only 1 elevator, we had to get dressed so we took the stairs to the second floor. We get to our room and the keys don’t work. Had to go back down the stairs again to get them fixed. The room was ok, the lighting in the restroom was not too great. Other than that it was ok"

"The house is beautiful! The host is very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when visiting San Antonio. "

"This is a secluded property outside of the city with a lovely view of the valley. We were there in the winter so the pool was too cold for my husband to swim. I can see where the outside space is the biggest asset here for a family or group staying in the home. There is a lovely outdoor kitchen / eating area too! The Kitchen has many coffee making options, cooking pots, utensils, vitamix and the host stocked us with paper towels, tissues, TP, dish soap, hand soap, etc. Host communication was great throughout the stay. Entry was easy via lockbox. We had a cleanliness issue with one shower and she promptly worked to correct it. Like other reviews mentioned, there is a sense of someone either on property or nearby since we noticed things outside moved, or a hose turned on, but no one ever disturbed us and we were only 2 people staying there. Just FYI if that's a problem for you. It's a split plan with a very large/ample primary bedroom all to one side of the house, (with it's own TV) which is nice if you want a little more privacy from the secondary rooms. the stove is a dream to cook on. Checkout requirements were pretty straight forward and easy too. "

"It was kind of dirty, beds were uncomfortable, things were falling apart, trash in the backyard. The downstairs bedroom didn’t have privacy, the doors are glass, curtains would help. The stove was all faded so you couldn’t tell which burner you were turning on. The sitting area with crib mattresses was odd and not really useable. It was like sitting directly on the wood. There really wasn’t any information left from the owners, we had to contact them to get WiFi info. We did have fun with the pool table. "

"Our host, the home & the location were amazing! Our host had excellent communication skills & was quick to respond to all my questions. We were pleasantly surprised with the welcome snack basket, bottled water, coffee bar and bathroom amenities in each bath. The beds were super comfy & we loved the game room. The location was excellent because it gave us quick access to shopping, bars, restaurants & activities. In addition, our grandchildren loved the park that was a quick walk down the street. We definitely would recommend this property & we would love to stay there again the next time we travel to San Antonio!"

"Family trip for wedding - from 1 month to 74 grand parents . It was perfect . The layout allowed various areas for gathering and enjoying each other and still allowed for privacy and quiet zones . Large master suite - was perfect for the young family - lots of kid controls and things to do!! Den was wonderful place to gather after busy day and watch tv and eat . Plenty of rooms, bathrooms - was perfect for all of to get ready at same time . Outside back porches - perfect for early morning coffee, watching deer and evenings - wonderful for relaxing outside. Neighborhood was amazing and neighbors were so nice . Nice place for a morning run . Close proximity to stores. Would most definitely stay again!!"
