“We had an elderly parent with us, and did not realize it had so many stairs. Outside is not appealing. Rusted staircase, and not very safe. Lumpy pillows, mold in bathroom and wall needs to be repaired behind bathroom door. Water pressure was horrible. TV was hard to figure out. Could not turn on dishwasher. Great pictures, but unit was not very nice. Overpriced for what we got. However, it is in a great location.”

“The place was clean and no one was rude and our rental process was easy and the rental lady was so nice BUT the reviews say the noise wasn’t an issue…..either the reviewers couldn’t hear at all…or they were lying. We didn’t go to sleep until 3:00am when the night club ended. The thumping was so loud it rattled the windows. If we didn’t have kids, and we were into the late night scene, it would be a great place BUT it’s not ideal for families on nights the high clubs are open. And it’s not a……

“This apartment is so close to everything! Easy walk to stadium, etc. The only downside is the noise of the bars. The listing warns about this and it is very loud at night. There were noise machines in both bedrooms which was helpful. But you cannot totally drown out the noise of Skybar and Southeastern. Otherwise we enjoyed our 2 night stay!”
