「A hotel where the staff really make an effort rectifying issues. I felt like the staff really cared and were very accommodating to my stay. A special mention to Parth & Mahtaab. Both took control and rectified small issues. I will have no hesitation staying here again on my next trip to Mumbai! 」

「Stay was good. Was charged for the high tea which was not expected as I have stayed in many places and high tea has always been a part of the package. Also something has to be done with regard to the number of flies especially in the kids zone and also at the dinner buffet. Otherwise all was good」

「This is a not good hotel. This Hotel make the IBIS brandname worst. The reception is not professional and double charge me because I was already out of Mumbai and I am not able to get argue back the double charge. The food and breakfast is also not terrible in the restaurant. Room is also not clean, the bed has even has some dirty mark. I seldom write comment but this Hotel really make me sick. I don't recommend to stay in this hotel.」

「Pool was well maintained & activities for crowd were good. The rooms are spacious but the bathroom ceiling leaked, bath tube didn't work, AC functionality was pathetic at times. Food was ok however, more variety can be added to the same.」

「I liked the property itself and the amenities and setup but the extra payments for power seemed a bit random. I paid a bit of money for power but they provided no details, and the manager/caretaker were not that helpful in this regard. The area around the facility was a bit rough and not really residential friendly! Overall, it was convenient and amenities were good but I would reconsider given the negatives I mentioned for a future stay.」

「Cottage room was very comfortable with all amenities. The room & bathroom were very clean. Air conditioner was not noisy & sleep quality is good. The bed linen is clean. Tea-coffee corner is well stocked. Great ambiance and lawns. Lots of natural trees and beautiful flowers 」
