「The service was excellent and the staff was helpful when needed. Hotel location was convenient for my personal need and might be far for others. However with car it was worth the stay and ability to have a good night sleep without the motorcycles noise at nights which is major problem in Marrakech.」

「When we arrived it was kind of early for checking but our room was ready. Our sink was clogged and smelled really bad but they came really quickly and fixed the problem.」

Dans d’autres hôtels all in, ils en tiennent compte!」

「Overall it was ok. Unfortunately the service lacked at times and several phonecalls had to be made in order to get any kind of service in the room. 1. EG I pre-ordered in advance some ice, glasses and mixers in advance to my room (I had an exec room). I requested that it be delivered at 6.30. At 7pm I was still chasing which wasnt great as I had invited some people over from my group for pre dinner drinks before dinner we left for dinner at 8. It eventually came at 7.15. 2. Second time I...

「Amazing boutique hotel. Beautiful design great crew and superb cuisine. We will be back」

「It’s good location, easy to take public transportation, only external environment is a lot of dust , A hearty breakfast」

「Equipment Old. The breakfast can piss you off from the very begining of the day」

「I stayed here as a solo traveller for 5 nights. The room was huge and I was fortunate to have a ground floor room which opened on to the pool area. Breakfast was good with lots of options. However that was the only meal I ate in the hotel so can’t comment further on other food options. The staff were all great and very courteous and helpful. Would certainly recommend or stay again!」

「Chambre propre personel qualifie mes remerciements vont vers la reception surtout.」
