Communication was perfect from start to finish. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and the location was close to everything we needed. The house itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Birthday getaway

Me, my wife & my sister stayed here for my wife’s birthday weekend… the place was clean, very spacious & in an excellent location! The neighborhood is directly across from a huge dog park! We loved that this property had a pool and a hot tub too! The beds & pillows were extremely comfortable! We felt so at home here… we look forward to visiting & staying here again…

Easter break trip

Great location for our visit to Bush Gardens. A little too far for the Tampa Bay rays game. But that was a last minute addition and wasn’t in the original plan.

Spring break getaway

We had a nice time at this property. It was conveniently located near grocery and restaurant amenities. We used this house as a “home base” while we ventured to Clearwater Beach and Busch Gardens. The host was responsive when we had a maintenance issue and had the problem fixed. The space fit our needs and we enjoyed the backyard heated pool.

Could be really nice

The property was fine, clean but worn carpet and kitchen cabinets. It was as listed and had all the appropriate accommodations in kitchen and lots of space in the home. The pool had debris but that is expected in FL pollen season and hot tub was delightful. The home could be so much nicer with proper end/side tables - downstairs especially & upstairs all the tables were on the edge of being broken. There were NO lamps downstairs, no rugs in bathrooms or kitchen, no artwork anywhere in home, no throw pillows, nothing that made it feel warm and inviting. All the towels were clean and plenty of detergents for dishwasher and washing machine. We needed to move the couches a bit so everyone could see the TV downstairs. There was lots of food crumbs and dirt when we did this just so more people could comfortably see the TV. None of the blinds upstairs had sticks to twist open for light. The linens were all clean but like downstairs nothing warm and inviting. No TVs (except in master), no dressers, no artwork, guest bath clean but dated, unlike the master bath which was wonderful. The property manager was very quick to respond and extremely helpful. However, we would not return to this property due to the cleanliness and very poor investment by the owners in making this a desired property over a generic hotel room.

Nice place to stay while visiting the Florida RV supershow.

Check in and communication was very good. We enjoyed the property. Close access to Florida fairgrounds. Plenty or shopping and restaurants close by.

A nice home located close to grocery and shopping, and parks. Plenty of room for 9 guests. A couple minor issues we didn’t raise with management. Overall a good property in a good spot.

Mango Cross Court Property

House was clean and stocked with plenty of essentials. Pool and hot tub were great for relaxing. Nice quiet neighborhood and very close to shopping and restaurants. Tom responded quickly to any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay there and would book again.

Michael’s wedding

Poor neighborhood - very rundown Virtually no furniture in the house except beds, a sofa, futon , kitchen table with chairs that were too wobbly to sit on. Kitchen sparsely equipped. 4th bedroom was a loft with no privacy so we had to get a hotel for one couple. No place in bedrooms to unpack clothing

For my needs it was good.

Property needs some maintenance. Shower door broken, lights and socket plates missing. Not enough eating utensils. Pots and pans old and teflon on them nearly gone. Only 1 kitchen dish towel. No cookie sheets. No one pot holder. Garage an absolute mess. However, the proximity to the conference I attended it was perfect. Ease of entry and exit of home perfect. Nice pool and hot tub. I would stay again but hope the things mentioned are resolved.
