We had a great stay here. We had 8 in our group and we fit comfortably. They had a nice big dining room table where we played cards at. The porch out back had a nice seating area to relax, pool table and games. We enjoyed our stay here.

This house was absolutely beautiful. The decor was super cute and well thought out. It felt like home. Since it was close to a main road, there was plenty of things like Dunkin, Starbucks, McDonalds and places to do groceries. The host was friendly and we had no issues. Will definitely stay again the next time we go back to the area.

Amazing experience from beginning to end. Property just as described and very quiet neighborhood. Home was extremely clean and beds are very cozy!! Luis was great and very responsive and was able to accommodate my request for early check in since we arrived earlier than expected!! Would definitely come back here!!

This was an amazing property! We enjoyed our stay, even if it was just for one night. The house is beautifully decorated and modernized. The rooms were comfortable, bathrooms were beautifully renovated and decorated and the black tile really made it pop! The outdoor area in the back, has a nice seating area with great and fun picture opportunities. It was very nice overall and we are glad we chose to stay here!!

My wife and i and a few friends rook a long weekend to enjoy Tampa and St. Pete. This hime was very nice and comfortable for 7 of us that attended. House was clean and provided us a great place to sleep. We weren't able to take advantage of some of the bonus' of the house, but i am sure a family would love this place.

Central location between Tampa & Sarasota, quiet area close to the cutest plaza with Publix, food options and even a bar. Home smelled great, AC kept up with heat index. Kitchen is not fully stocked, would not depend on preparing full meals. Luis is a life saver! We have a daughter with sensory issues, she left a pair of shorts (of the few she will actually wear) on the bed. He mailed it to us as we live 3 hours away. If we head the the area again, would surely re-book!

Small things decreased the rating. Decent neighborhood; outside areas clean; nice decks; had to request bathroom towels to support 6 adults; one room with no blackout curtains or shades; not enough hot water for 6 adults to shower each night.

We needed a place to stay while visiting family for holidays in the area, this property was quiet, clean and fit our needs. I liked that there were many extra blankets available which we needed because there was a cold snap. We did manage to do some cooking for the family celebrations although the kitchen was very minimally stocked, that is an area that could be improved upon with larger and more pots, pans, cooking dishes, etc.
