Very nice spring break vacation!

Our family of five with three girls 18,19,28 had a very nice relaxing week, enjoying the heated pool and comfortable furniture and beds in the house. It was well stocked with everything you would need. House was as described in the listing!

Great house near everything downtown. You will feel you are in a quiet oasis from the hustle and bustle. We had 5 adults staying for graduation weekend and it was the perfect location for all our grad activities.

Great house and pool

The house was just as pictured. Well equipped with everything we needed. Even had a cooler we used at the beach! The pool was fabulous!! Just minutes from the airport and the stadium. Loved our stay! Highly recommend!

Great stay!

We came for a buccaneers game and the location was great. We were back home 20 minutes after the game ended! The house was clean and welcoming. It was nice that we could all relax outside by the pol, but still had our own space. We came less than two weeks after Hurricane Milton - Kathie was great at letting us know the house was unharmed and our trip was good to go!

Everything we were hoping for in a vacation stay

Everything about the property was exactly as advertised. It was well-located to everything in Tampa. The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. The back yard was an oasis of fun for our kids! It was better than we could’ve hoped to find! We’ll definitely stay again when we’re in the same area!

Neighborhood was not what we expected. Close to busy streets. Heard a few sirens. Pool was ok. Seemed like it was older and had to pay additional money for it to be heated. House was nice, bed we used was comfortable. Overall it was a nice stay.

Excellent Getaway

Met up with friends whom I had not seen in years. As this was my first experience in such a rental, I was informed that you were extremely generous in what you provided and the house was more than excellent! We loved the pool too. Fabulous Spring Break

The house was even better than described. The backyard was an oasis. The pool was perfect, especially with the added heat. All of the furniture including the pool chairs was so comfortable. The entire house was clean and very well-maintained. The little touches meant a lot - big cozy pool towels, soap, hand lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in the bathrooms, a basket of blankets by the couch, and the little snacks upon arrival.

Comfortable!

Great location in Tampa to use as a base. House was older but clean and decorated nicely. Everything that was advertised was spot on. The pool and the back yard are set up for relaxing. The house had a couple of issues that were taken care of as quickly as possible. Kathie worked with us to ensure that the problems were taken care of without impacting us too much. Our family would stay again if in the Tampa area.

Perfect place to stay and play!

Couldn’t have asked for better! I extended a work trip and stayed a few days in this clean and comfortable house with family and friends. The staff was accommodating for my special request and made great recommendations for things to do and a place to get the best Cuban I’ve ever had. I’m so glad we stayed on to play! The kids absolutely loved the pool and playing yard chess. I loved that every detail was thought out for guest comfort and convenience from the poolside lounge area to comfy beds, fast wi-fi, and well stocked kitchen. Even the shower curtains were spotless and hung at the perfect height! We had everything we needed and then some. You can tell the crew taking care of the home really cares about all the details. There is so much more to see and do you can’t fit it all in to just a few days. We will be back and we’ll be staying with iTrip!

Quiet, Spacious, pics don't do it justice!

Everything is bigger in person! The host was easy to reach and quick to reply, when needed. Visiting a new city with mixed-age kids is never easy, and having this wonderfully appointed home as "base" between college tours and soccer clinics was a godsend! The pool and backyard were a welcome respite in the evenings, as was everyone having their own quiet bedroom to decompress in. The kitchen had everything we needed - and then some - and the Publix was walkable when one of the adults had the car and anything else was needed. We needed the quick access to UTampa & Busch Gardens, and noted that the home is only a few minutes from the airport and Bucs stadium if that's something we need in the future. We will definitely be staying here on return trips to Tampa!

Perfect home in the middle of Tampa

We just spent one week in this home and we could not have been happier. First of all, it seemed that we were always only maximum 15 minutes away from everywhere we were going in Tampa. Second, the home is fully renovated and decorated in VERY good taste. The beds are super comfortable and the sheets and towels soft. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook. There is glassware for drinks, board games, a beautiful spacious pool with floats and plenty of towels. So many places to sit and lounge, all comfortable and cozy. Flat screen TV on every room and wifi. Also, the home managers were super responsive and ready to help with any questions or requests. Definitely 5 Stars!!!

Great time in Tampa!

We stayed for 6 days/5 nights to go to a college bowl game. The house was very conveniently located for the stadium. The pool was amazing and the yard is adorable. The house was very clean and well decorated. There was an issue with the air conditioning so we let the management company know and they provided solutions and were very responsive and it got fixed quickly. It was greatly appreciated. There is a foundation issue in the laundry room so as they await repairs there is baseboard water damage and it smells of mildew in that room. I would have liked to be made aware of it before we arrived but we just stayed out of that room unless we needed to use the washer and dryer. Overall, a great stay with attentive hosts!

Perfect tropical retreat

My family and I loved loved loved our stay at Tranquil Times. Everything was as depicted in the photo, but better. The three living rooms provided a tone of room for conversations and socializing indoor and out. Each of the three bedrooms were charming and, with their own TVs, provide a space for anyone to retreat for an early evening away from others. The pool, yard and outdoor furnishings provided an amazing outdoor space to enjoy the summer heat. Extra and pleasant surprises were the pool toys, the air pump to blow up our own water toys to take to the beaches, and the great cooler that saved us at the beach. Oh and the ice making fridge made sure that we where always ready for icy drinks and ice for the aforementioned beach pooper. If we are ever back in Tampa we will love to come back. All in all we highly recommend
