Perfect place

This cottage was the perfect place for me and my BFF! By far one of the best places we’ve stayed in! Steps from the beach, clean, easy check in/check out, and literally had EVERYTHING we needed for our days at the beach! Stacie was a fabulous host and made everything so easy for us! The outdoor shower was the icing on the cake! 15/10 recommend this place!

Perfect Location

What a perfect place to get away. We came over from central Florida. Everything is so close you can walk to the beach and all restaurants/shops at Johns Pass. Cottage has everything you need to have a week vacation. Highly recommend.

The cottage was everything and more! Everything you need for a beach vacation. Cottage was well equipped, clean and cozy. Convenient location and quiet. Hopefully the closest beach access will be repaired soon.

Adorable Florida Cottage!

We absolutely loved this adorable Florida cottage!! It has such a fun beach vibe! Excellent location, very short walk directly to the beach. Close to so many good restaurants and a short walk to John’s Pass. We will definitely be back!

We loved our 12 day stay in this cottage. Nicely decorated, well supplied with kitchenware and beach gear. Nice parking. Convenient to everything in John’s Pass and the island. Great place.

Great location and convenience

Our second visit to John’s Pass, and will continue coming back. Great beach and entertainment for the whole family. Property is everything you need to enjoy the beach, walking distance to Iohns Pass. Our family really enjoys the area, and this property brought it all together.

Beautiful little beach property located practically on the beach. The house had everything one would need for the beach, including beach chairs, a Bluetooth speaker, umbrellas, and a wagon to transport it to the beach. We will definitely be coming back!

Great location to beach access

Very quick walk to a beautiful, not over populated beach. Also very close to a John's Pass for food and shopping. The traffic noise was slightly annoying but tolerable.

Love this cottage!!!

This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back again next year! We love the old Florida cottage feel, and the location can’t be beat! Steps to the beach, a short walk to John’s Pass. Stacie, the host, is great! We did not want to leave, and can’t wait for next year!

Another great stay!

This is our second time staying here. And I love it every year. The location is perfect - close to beach and John’s Pass. The house has EVERYTHING you need- beach items, shampoo, soaps, towels, paper products. We will be back again for sure. And Stacie is the best, always helpful!

Old Florida Charm

Cozy place with ideal location. Steps from the beach and short walking distance to restaurants and shops. Stacie was very active of getting a repair taken care quickly that popped up. This was our second year staying at this property and it won't be our last.

My wife and I absolutely Loved our stay. The house was Perfect. Just steps from the beach and a short drive to anything you could want. We loved Absolutely Everything about the cottage we stayed in as well as Treasure Island, FL. The whole experience was truly AMAZING. A big thank you to our hosts for allowing us to stay here for the week and for getting back to us so promptly with any questions we had. You all are wonderful. It was good experience.

We have a good experience. Even though we didn’t speak directly with the host and everything was smooth. the host she did communicate with me true the VRBO app and she gave us the information needed. Good place to stay.
