  • Relax watching the Sunset on your private patio overlooking the canal that takes you to Tampa Bay. 4 Bedrooms with 3 Full baths, so bring your friends and family to relax and enjoy the pool and extra-large patio that flows from the pool deck to the private screened in patio. Enjoy cooking inside or grilling outside while hanging out in the screened gazebo or lounging on the sundeck. Home has been fully remodeled, and the backyard has been professionally landscaped to include walkway to the Canal and the addition of a firepit and waterfront seating area with lighting and new dock platform.

    Enjoy fishing from the brand new sea wall. 5 minutes to Little Harbor resort beach. Freedom boat club and marina is within 6 minutes. Minutes to waterfront restaurants such as Sunset Grill, Hooks, Finn's, and Circles all with sunset views.

    The owner is a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Beautiful home, well appointed and decorated so nicely. Comfortable beds and sitting areas, pleasant outdoor spaces and absolutely everything we needed for a month long stay. Hosts were so pleasant and enjoyed getting acquainted. Excellent in every way.

We had such an amazing experience at this beautiful house. We had 3 couples and each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was amazing. The furnishings of the home were modern and high end. There were plenty of outdoor chairs and games to play. The guys even caught and released some fish off the dock. The screened in porch on the back of the house was perfect to get out of the sun and still enjoy the beautiful weather. It is close to the beach, Fort De Soto, Anna Maria Island, Apollo Beach, and so much more. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Was new and clean. It was in great location if wanting to travel to other cities or parks. Host responded right away. Would definitely stay here again. Wish it had kayaks but we survived:)
