「Lovely place and good for relaxing, 」

「My stay was very pleasant and the accommodations (preferred having hot water)were comfortable. A very courteous and helpful staff. I requested some soup, but your staff said that they didn’t have. But just the same someone on the kitchen staff made a very delicious chicken soup for us, for I was not feeling well. I thank your very dedicated staff members and the Raddison. I hope that this sincere thank you gets back to your staff.」

「This is a reasonable hotel. lobby good but room has to be maintained to a better condition. hot water, towels are good but carpet has to be replaced. swimming pool is the best among all. breakfast o.k. staff are warm and nice. in bacolod, this is one of the choices.」

「Love this place.. rooms in chalet can use renovation. Water leaks on the floor due to poor placement of air conditioner, fridge is really old and non functional. Staff are fantastic always are helpful and one of the reason I am generous to them. We received top-notch customer service from the staff. Staff went above and beyond in delivering excellent customer service. We were impressed by the outstanding customer service offered by them whether you are in the lobby, buffet/ breakfast place, spa...

「You get what you pay for. The room was surprisingly big. Aged but working bathroom. Mattress is soft, so those with back problems, be aware. The surrounding feels a but unsafe and dodgy. Even though its a buys main street but it feels like you've been watched.」

「They advertised free Wi-Fi which is one of the critical requirements for me to pick a resort. But when I got there I found out that there wi-fi was turned off indefinitely and they acted like it was nothing. I work a lot, and vacations are really important to me. But because of my business I can't really take off for a vacation if I can't connect via Wi-Fi.」
