We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. 「I have been to Liverpool before but none the likes of this one. The property provided my friend and I with ample room to circulate in addition to having our own private space. I picked this apartment because the listing said that it had limited on site parking which is one of the two requirements I was looking for when booking. "Rooms were spacious and the staff were kind, but the hotel feels run-down and less than clean. My room was in the basement which only have half windows. The carpets have an odor, housekeeping missed trash removal, the rooms are not well lit and the room itself was very basic. Overall, not the level of Hyatt quality I expected for the price. "
