“during check-out, the front desk staff claimed that some snacks (potato chips and coconut chips) were missing from the mini bar. we've told him clearly that we never took anything from the mini bar, however he didnt take our words and insisted us to pay about 370Baht for the chips. we've spent 14000hkd on flights, 5500hkd for the 4 nights valley stay, plus mutiple meals, massage there, why on earth would we lie to get rid of the 370 Baht snacks? it is small money but the way how their staff……

“when we checked in on the first day, we had to request hairdryer and boiler from the front desk. No shampoo in the bathroom until the 3rd day, due to the miss-communication between front desk and cleaning staff. Very cold air conditioner, but very quiet during evening. Nice porch and good breakfast.”

“We booked this room for a one night stay so that we can attend the full moon party, and this hotel exceeded our groups expectation. The staff was very welcoming upon arrival, gave us a quick tour of the property, and showed us all the amenities this place had to offer. This property is beachfront and a beautiful hidden gem. Highly recommend 10 out of 10 will definitely be coming back!!”

“非常好，外國經理每天早上都會過來問你睡得好不好，非常貼心，所有員工都非常有禮貌，一直都在微笑幫助你。有獨木舟玩，150泰銖一個小時，但是我們玩了幾個小時還是只收我們1個小時的錢！住的villa非常乾淨舒服，下次來還會再住這裡的！只是自助早餐種類不多，基本只有麵包沙拉雞蛋飲料那些，其他什麼炒飯炒粉香腸土豆那些要看菜單點才做給你吃。”
