“Can’t say enough about this hotel. It was wonderful, we had a deluxe room and it was perfect. Very well done with so much attention to detail. And it was quiet also at the street side of the hotel. The breakfast room is beautiful as well. We used the gym, which is also nice but small. We didn’t use the pool or other wellness amenities. The hotel is in a perfect location that is walkable to everything. ”

“Loved this apartment and the neighborhood so much! It’s between 2 amazing grocery stores, Veritas and Supercor. The neighborhood is awesome! The dishwasher and washer/dryer, plus the kitchen made things so much easier for us. Tons of cute Spanish shops and restaurants around, and like 2 blocks from Gran Via. I’d stay here again! Loved it! “I stay here for three nights. The first thing is they told me that they need to down grade my booking due to my booked room has some problem. They compensated me with free breakfast and airport transportation- it's good. The door man is also very kind and helpful. But, the reception is not that friendly and not proactively responsed my request. I asked them to give me an adaptor and they didn't inform me if they didn't have any available.
Regarding the room, the decoration is chic but some……
