I hope to be back

Lovely property with deck overlooking river. 3 bathrooms was a nice plus, as we were 3 couples. Very well located, 2 blocks in from Main Street, right by Bear Creek trailhead. This is definitely where we'll stay when we return to Telluride.

Great Location

Property was very clean and perfect for our family of 5 adults. Short walk to Gondola lift, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Never used our car except to and from airport.

Beautiful views and great location.

The property is very comfortable and well appointed! The only negative was the master bedroom mattress. It has totally collapsed with no support and should be replaced! My husband and I had backaches every morning and neck pain from the hard pillows.

Pluses: • Terrific location: two blocks from Gondola and bordering the fun, interesting part of the Town of Telluride • Nice view of the creek, the town, and the mountains beyond • The cleanest vrbo I have ever rented. The cleaning crew should be complimented! • Very quiet • Thermostat control in every room with effective baseboard hear • Plenty of hot water for three sequential long showers • Responsive management • Well-equipped kitchen Negatives: • Not exactly ski-in, ski-out … it’s possible to ski to the gondola and the expert lift, but the return home requires a 1-block walk in ski boots • Dated furnishings. Everything is squeaky clean, but décor and furniture are quite dated. Except the moose, which is timeless and spectacular! • The primary bedroom mattress is very soft, probably end-of-life and in need of replacement

Lovely property, exactly as described. Location is just perfect and porch view stunning. I was with friends for my son’s wedding at Gorrono Ranch. Some people stayed in MountainVillage but our location in Telluride was so much better-walked to gondola when we needed to go there! We could walk anywhere in Telluride! Location, location

Can’t beat the location. Quiet, pretty spot 5 minute or less walk from the main gondola. 5 min to market and most of the good restaurants. Roomy for whole family. Would love to see the kitchen updated.. stove was a bit Challenging, and no sponge or dish cloth to wash dishes or counters. Would definitely come back. Simple check out instructions. Hot tub close to condo isn’t working, which was a bummer, but that’s no reflection on the owner.

5 of us total stayed and it was wonderful. Easy, beautiful, walk to downtown. Great location to ski or be at the gondola easily. Easy parking. Great property.

Our family really enjoyed our Christmas to New Years stay. The condo was super clean, was very well-equipped and was an easy walk to the free gondola and restaurants. The living room was cozy with great views of town and the valley. We would absolutely return.

With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths right near the Telluride free gondola, this nicely furnished condo was great for our 5 day stay for six.

Great condo in an amazing location

Can’t get a better location than this in telluride, right next to a waterfall hike and a short walk to Colorado Ave, the library, gondola, and Town Park. The place was also great with our two small children. We’d for sure go back.

Lodging in town of Telluride

Beautiful duplex condo, spacious with great view of the town and surrounding mountains. Able to ski to Oak St chair lift along the River trail. Short walk to everything in town. Would stay here again if we came back to Telluride.

The pictures actually don't quite do it justice. A lovely and comfortable condo with views in all directions. The in-town location is incredibly convenient to all the shops and restaurants. One and only drawback is lugging your skis to and from the gondola can be a lot because of the hill that the development is on. So we stored ours overnight at the base.

Great for our family of six

This place was great for our family of six; our four kids are ages 15, 15, 13, and 9. It was walking distance to everything. The gondola was about 2-300 yards from the place. It was a fairly easy walk for everyone, even my 9 year old. The place was a little dated, but nice. I’m not sure the hot tub was totally functional as my kids said it was “cold” and they only went in it once. Communication was great throughout our stay.

Nice condo in heart of Telluride

Nice property close to everything downtown. Walkable to gondala for skiing, private parking, well stocked kitchen, three bed / three bath, no scented products (which we love), and clean / easy reliable communication from the manager. Family of six; four teens, and we all had a blast.
