「Basic property neeing some upgrades but clean」

「Great little basement apartment perfect for a fishing get away. Surprisingly peaceful for a Memorial Day weekend. Keep your boat on the dock or put in at the boat ramp just down the street. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely look at this place again if I come back to Chickamauga.」

「Jen was an excellent host. We had some bad weather with power outages. Jen was on top of it and had a handy-man there in minutes to reset the well pump. The tiny cabin was as advertised; clean, quiet, with modern amenities.」

「Overall, an aging condo with some upgrades. Worked fine for our visit, but on the expensive side. Addressing issue mentioned in other reviews: 1) Someone attempted to clean the carpets with cleaner that bleached some areas. 2) The top bathroom vent did not work, the others did. 3) We were off-season so didn't need AC but heat, which was fine except even with the fan set to ON, the upstairs rooms were warm while the first floor was still cool.」

「Property was clean, well maintained with plenty of room for the 3 in my party. Had relatives close by that visited and we enjoyed playing 2 rounds of golf at 2 of the 5 FF Glade courses. Afterwards returned to the condo and played cards with plenty of space for card game and other family members to visit」
