「Great location and close enough for UW appointment. Very clean, good communication with management, easy in and out. The Fremont district is eclectic with great shops, restaurants, bars. Parking is on-street, but available and free on some streets after 7p and others 8p. You can make it work!」

「Good stay, you can hear the music from downstairs but it not horrible. They have white noise machines in each bedroom.」

「Me and my family had a great time staying here. Had plenty of room for all five of us and it was very clean. The owners got back to me in a reasonable time when I had any questions. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay!」

「This is the perfect location if you’re looking for something in very close proximity to Climate Pledge or the Space Needle. The rooftop balcony is a great touch for hanging out away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Apartment is clean, well appointed, and in a secure building. Would definitely stay here again! 」

「Phenomenal location!! You weren’t kidding when you said your place was just steps from everything. We walked to every destination…football game, baseball game, opening of the water front celebration, Pike Place Market, whale watching tour, and excellent restaurants. The room was perfect for our visit, with all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. 」

「The stay itself was the best part of our trip. It was super quiet besides the neighbors across the street on our second night had a loud party till about 10 which wasnt bad. It was a little unclear that this was a shared house/apartment and only found out about that after reading reviews. Everything was clean, refreshing and was a perfect little cozy place to stay while in Seattle. The neighborhood itself was a little sketchy at moments and the fear of my car getting broken into was real....

「Great little place to lay your head. Bed was comfy, pillows were great. Mini fridge in room. If you dont mind sharing a kitchen it was a wonderful stay. Minutes away by uber to downtown. Restaurants nearby were great amd a grocery store 3 blocks down the road. 」

「Great communication. We had a wonderful time」

「Great location in walking distance to a lot of popular tourist areas- we would walk to the monorail station at the Space Needle with our kids and take it to Pike Market. Great weekend stay before our cruise, laundry (stackable) was a plus and convenience store across the street for waters and such. Restaurants all around, as well. Loved it. 」

「The room and living area were amazing and Carmen as a host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. Not too far from any major areas and has amazing small businesses near by. My girlfriend and I would 100% love to stay there again 」

「The condo was very nice. Had everything needed to have an enjoyable stay. Was noisy during the day but expected to be since it is in the middle of downtown. I really liked how secure the courtyard felt. It was very pretty. The parking was fine. The only thing is upon check in having to park out front not knowing if you would get towed while doing so. 」
