“I do not recommend kasa at Bellevue. The check in process with parking a vehicle is so off putting that the visit started horribly. We arrived around 8:30pm and weren’t able to start our night until 9:30pm because the 5 page of instructions to enter and grab a key from the unit, go back down to multiple parking levels etc were extremely inconvenient. The actual parking situation was a joke. We couldn’t fit in and out of the car, or leave the neighboring car any room because the spaces are so……
