"We recently stayed for two nights to celebrate my birthday weekend. Check-in was a pleasant start, as the hostess was polite, kind, and professional. After receiving our room assignment, we chose to self-park since our room was located on the opposite side of the resort. The room itself was clean and well maintained. The bathroom appeared recently updated, and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the patio outside our sliding glass door was disappointing—neither clean nor inviting. The surrounding landscaping was poorly maintained, and although the pool was directly outside our room, it was inaccessible due to a fence. That evening, we visited the Starlite Lounge for cocktails. We were the only guests, yet the bartender seemed unwelcoming and unfriendly. He became noticeably more upbeat when announcing last call at 10 p.m. and offering another drink with the check. Closing a bar that early felt like a missed opportunity for the resort. The next morning, breakfast at Circa 59 was a much better experience. The staff was friendly, and the food was enjoyable. The pool area was clean with well-maintained landscaping, though the bar was understaffed with only one waitress covering a large area. I also visited the Santè Spa. While the service was pleasant, the facilities could use some attention, as there was visible peeling paint on the grotto ceiling fixtures."
