"The exterior cleanliness could definitely be improved. There were several large dead bugs near our door and elevators. Lots of hair and little debris in the pools it felt a little gross. We did not receive house cleaning during our stay due to only staying 3 days. Very expensive parking fee on top of an expensive stay with very little amenities. Therefore did not see value for the price. I felt a little tricked and harassed upon check in with promise of free gift only to be presented with a sales pitch and no gift, silly but it’s the little things you know. We liked the water slides and spacious interior of the room. Also the robes were a nice touch. Overall it was ok but could be better."

The staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help, making the entire experience feel relaxing and effortless. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and every detail reflected the high standard you expect from a luxury hotel. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again on a future visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway."

"We luv staying at this hotel. If you come early they let you use the amenities. And when you check out they let you stay and use the amenities. They alway have a big vial of water with ice an citrus. They provide various board games. The pool is large with lists of chairs and umbrellas. The gym has everything and is open 24/7. It’s pretty close to the main strip and you can walk to the casino."

"We very much enjoyed our stay and everything was perfect. Our villa and the entire property is extremely beautiful and clean and the staff is exceedingly friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping ran after me before getting on the elevator to bring a pair of sneakers that was left behind."
