"We absolutely LOVED our stay here and it exceed our expectations. It’s so close to the beach and we even had a nice little view! There’s a roomy fridge, and a microwave. The room is spacious and comfortable. The fact that it was pet friendly was an absolute GAME CHANGER. Reception was the kindest woman ever. We will definitely come back!"

Waterfront Home With Attached In- Law Suite

"Our family traveled to this area to visit family in the Boston area and New Hampshire so we needed something centrally located and fit lots of people. It definitely served its purpose. The location was close to the city while avoiding traffic and allowed us to easily explore other areas like Cape Cod and Newport easily. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms although the layout of the house is odd. All the bedrooms are upstairs but just one bathroom upstairs with the other being off the kitchen and another in the basement. There is a mother in law suite that my father stayed in to avoid the stairs but he had trouble in the shower because the shower floor is too slanted. This is not a beach house but definitely has water views but not exactly the best views but water is water. The porch was nice as well. Overall I recommend this house!"

"JENNY, OUR AGENT WAS VERY ATTENTIVE. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS OTHER THAN THERE WERE NO TELEVISIONS IN EVERY BEDROOM. PERHAPS THAT SHOULD BE LISTED. MY TEENAGERS BROUGHT THERE GAMING SYSTEMS AND COULDN'T CONNECT TO A TV, EXCEPT IN THE LIVING ROOM. OVERALL, I CAME WITH A PARTY OF 14 AND THERE ARE ENOUGH BEDS FOR EVERYONE TO SLEEP COMFORTABLY. AND, THE HOUSE IS SPACIOUS. WE PLAN ON RENTING AGAIN WHEN WE RETURN TO QUINCY."
Newly renovated Beach House - near Boston

"This was a perfect home base for our family of four on our trip to Boston. We really enjoyed being able to relax and unwind outside of the city each evening. Walks on the beach across the street and the sunset views over the water from the deck were the perfect way to end each night. Boston was easily accessible by the ferry or the T. This home has everything you could want or need. We would definitely stay here again!"
