「Clean and safe , easy to find the motel. not far away from ferry」

「Super clean bathroom and sleeping area. The exterior is a throwback to the 60s motorcourt era but that hides a modern, comfortable room. The manager/owner was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends.」

This is a perfect place to stay, we didn’t mind it being on the smaller side as we spent most of our trip out and about. For the price you cannot beat this especially compared to other surrounding options! 」

「My husband and I stayed at Breakers for 2 nights…a great choice! Our ground-level room was a direct walk to the beach only a few yards away. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The restaurants were delicious, especially the outdoor pizza oven and bar. This is a well renovated older hotel with great amenities. The biggest selling point is that beautiful beachfront. I am already planning my next visit!」

「We had a great stay here. The rooms were clean and nice, though there was a strong perfume scent. The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was great. The bonfires with s'mores supplies provided were awesome. The only thing is that the beach is not swimmable and there is no beach where you can walk to the water. There's huge boulders that separate the upper part and lower part of the beach, but the part by the water is mucky and muddy and not crossable. Otherwise, great stay. Would stay again. 」

「This was a nice stay after a day on Mackinac Island. The room smelled clean and fresh of cedar and cinnamon. We enjoyed the hot tub.」

「This was our second visit to Cedars Motel and it was great just as the first visit! Hannah and Alex are both very welcoming and friendly! Very helpful with answering questions about the area and Mackinac Island and things to do. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and they have a common area for making a bonfire and sitting around. Also provide continental breakfast! Definitely will continue booking a stay with Cedars!」
