「Room is clean and tidy. City view is fantastic. Staff at receptionist is efficient and courteous. Housekeeping staff is excellent. Laundry and dryer in room facilities is great.」

「The location is fantastic for access to many of the Sydney attractions by foot or walking and public transport and makes a wonderful base for a longer stay. The host is friendly, helpful and quick to respond.」

「The room was spacious, clean, and generally comfortable. The bathtub had a clearly visible crack. No complimentary bottled water. The breakfast was also disappointing. Considering the price, Basic items such as smoked salmon and pancakes required an additional charge, which was surprising and poor value for money. In addition, there was only one coffee machine available.」

「Excellent services , good location」

「Our stay was short but enjoyable. The breakfast spread is generous and always a highlight.」

「Wifi speed is bad...dryer not working, but others are excellent」

「Good location, friendly service」
