“Had previously read the reviews for the hotel and decided to give it a go. On arrival friendly welcoming. Got to room, smelt a bit of smoke. TV the size of a small PC monitor. Outside light on all night lighting up the room even with curtains closed. In the morning no heating until 0645. Tried to have a hot shower, no hot water despite running water for 5 minutes. ”

“Room was nice, clean and warm when we arrived. Perfect for a stopover on the way to Norwich. Great pub down the road, serving delicious food, The Crown.”

“Had to change rooms as stairs were very steep really struggled with them so me am my friend asked to be moved to a downstairs twin room none available but had a double available for which they wanted £90 on Top of the £65 we had already paid obviously we declined an went back to room I nearly fell downstairs as I’m disabled an use a stick my friend isn’t much better so we rang reception to ask if they could come up with a better price for double room and relented an charged us 45 but still think……

“Parking is very easy and so was check in. The Townhouse although in a central location was quiet. The hotel was clean, and staff very friendly, but would benefit from some updating. The shower in room 9 lost pressure after a few minutes. I asked Expedia to find out if breakfast was available but they could not get an answer and just referred me to the description which says it is. However when we checked in we were told it is not, there is cafe nearby that does it and opens early but the advert……

“Cosy room. Clean bedding but the mattress sagged towards the middle which might have made 2 people sleeping in it uncomfortable”

“We’ve stayed here previously albeit in a different room Pleased with the room -there’s a radiator & an electric heater if needed. I did think bed linen needed ironing & I dropped something under the bed & not sure it had been hoovered in a while -fluff & bits Think the breakfast items in the room are a good idea. We didn’t have milk last time so took some with us this time & milk was already in the fridge. There’s a selection of cereals, yoghurts & fruit juice or a full breakfast can be taken……
