"This was perfect for our weekend. The house was kid friendly, well stocked with essentials such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash, Q-tips and makeup wipes. We had one that forgot a toothbrush and that was covered with disposable toothbrush and toothpaste. Very, very nice."

"We came in for the Saturday George Strait concert and visit our Red Raider. Our host was amazing and responsive, check was very easy and the property wonderful and is in a great neighborhood perfect for 6 people and most importantly for us, away from Lubbock proper but close enough to do all the things we needed/wanted to do. I should add that the property itself is well maintained and has everything you need!"

"We reserved this location forA concert and paid super premium price for what it is. Despite that, management group would not permit later checkout and eventually provided 30 min later after going around and around. With respect to property, it was clean and nice but certain areas where badly worn (baseboards) and master bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable. Would recommend for average rate (300/night) but not premium rate (1400/night) for events."

The bath towels they provided are pretty bad! They are awful, very thin. We stayed for 4 nights, and they provided 6 towels for three people...and said we weren't allowed to use the washer The kitchen was NOT fully stocked. It might be ok if you're staying for one night, but if you're staying for multiple days and plan to cook, bring your own stuff as they have very little in the kitchen. The VRBO description is highly misleadingNo cleaning supplies at all. They tell you you're not allowed to use the washer and dryer, unless you're there for a week. The living room couches are so uncomfortable. It's way out on the outskirts of Lubbock, and probably about as far from TTU that you can get "
