「First let me begin my saying the door handles to both side and back entrances were broken one with literally no handle at all to enter. 「The property is well kept. The first night we stayed in a room with the bedroom facing the highway which runs around Lubbock. I went to the front desk and explained I wasn't able to sleep and requested a new room if available. Brandon Kent understood my request and moved my wife and myself to the opposite side of the property with a upgrade. The remaining 2 day trip was very comfortable. 「We have always been able to depend upon Hampton Inns for excellence...until now! The property is rundown; needed paint; carpet was filthy and left our feet and shoes black on the bottoms; sheets did not fit the bed; breakfasts were not up to what we had come to expect based upon other Hampton Inns; corners of room and bath were dirty. Someone had knocked a hole in the closet door which had been very poorly repaired and left unpainted. We were very disappointed in this hotel in Lubbock, TX.」

「The tube was dirty, and the sink leaked water from the faucet. The pool could be updated for the price of the hotel stay. Pool is not heated and hot tub does not work. Definitely over priced for the quality and amenities offered.」
