“Nice clean hotel! Interior(Lobby, hallway, rooms) is a little dated, but well kept. Will stay again”

“Great location but the service will depend on who is in the counter. We have been coming here for over a year and it is a hit or miss. ”

“Shower needs a good scrub there was built up soap scum all over the walls and on the floor. Beds ere a little harder than we liked. And pool closing at 9pm was a downer for we traveled for 13 hrs and was looking forward to setting in the hot tub. ”

“Room was clean, had no issues, could use some upgrades. We did not eat breakfast so no comment. Overall it was ok.”

“The room had leftover toothpicks and trash in the floor. Tv didn’t work no coffee but a coffee maker. And the bed was so hard and every movement made it rock like a ship on waves . Great pillows though”

“It was a mixed bag. The hotel has a dark, small, unappealing entrance and foyer, and after checking in, you have to walk by the closed pool (which was half empty with murky black-green water), in order to get to the rooms. It gave us an uncomfortable feeling. The first room we were given had a disgusting tub/shower with about a 10-inch area of rust around the drain and black, moldy caulk and grout. We were given another room when asked, though a king bed was not available. The second room was……

“Breakfast was fresh. Our room wasn’t ready until 5:00 pm. ”

“Entrance was clean smelling fresh. Room was horrendous. Dirty used sheets ,crumbs in the bed ,blood on pillow and pillowcases, mucus on shower wall. Noisy,slamming doors,children running hall and crying at 3am in the morning. Would not recommend this property. ”

“The shower curtains had spots of black mold on them. The duvets had stains on them as if they didn’t even wash them. The wash rags looked dirty hotels use white so they can bleach these things but this hotel apparently does not. There is an older short lady with glasses that is very rude but the other staff members were very pleasant. The breakfast was not cooked thoroughly. This scrambled eggs, of course come in a bag, but they just dumped them in there with the crap ton of water still in the……

“This hotel sold after I booked it and the new owners said they didn’t forward any reservations. We were in town for a concert and all hotels were booked for a very inflated price. Had to sleep in a car. Expedia should have known this was happening. ”

“No I never stayed there cuz I was on the national do not stay for whatever reason they wouldn't let me stay there cuz I was on some kind of paper saying I wasn't allowed to stay there so I paid for it and then you said none refundable how is I know supposed to know I was on allowed to stay there so I feel like you need to give me my money back”

“The owner of the property canceled all third party reservations due to a popular event. Found out only after attempting to check in after the event at about 11:30 pm. Luckily we were only 2 hours from home, so we made the trek back home. Be aware of this issue.”

“Everything was great except we had no water pressure to shower. ”

“About time hotels are serving hot meals again. Excellent, service no complaints!”

“No coffee for the in room coffee maker, no ice bucket, no tv controls, and when i did get a controller, the tv didn't work right. I'll never stay here again.”
