"The staff was friendly and helpful at check in. The non smoking rooms however still smelled pretty heavy of smoke. There's always someone doesn't respect the non smoking rule. It was hard to sleep the 2nd night with the smoke in the air. The beds were clean, but very old. One sank in on one side. It was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was decent. The 2nd morning I went a little earlier than the day before and it was cold and also ran out of eggs and still had 2 hrs before the time was over. If you're staying for a quick business travel night it would be fine. Traveling with your family or kids for leisure, probably not."

"The house was perfect for our family stay in Lubbock to celebrate one of our granddaughter's graduation from Texas Tech and another granddaughter's 21st birthday. The house had all of the amenities that we needed and enough open space that we were all able to visit very comfortably."
