“Beautiful accommodation. Friendly staff. Great price including a wonderful breakfast.”

“We booked this as a last minute booking and wasn't sure ehat we were expecting but wow what a place! Beautifully designed, nice and relaxing. Staff couldnt do enough and great value for the rooms, Breakfast was lovely too! Only 20 minutes away from York City Centre will definitely be staying again”

“Great environment. Quiet and great scenery ”

“Cute hotel, good location, modern, and nice to have the tavern attached for a drink and breakfast, but the double room was very small and with no closet, drawers or anywhere to put suitcases we had little floor space left. Too cramped for a couple but probably great for one person. Also it's loud if you have a room facing the square. I would stay again, but in a larger room at the back of the hotel.”

“Was a beautiful stay, the room was really clean, the property well maintained. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again or advise anyone to stay ☺️ thankyou!”

“Charming National Trust Queen Anne House now hotel. Excellent service, good food and magnificent garden. Rooms pretty decent and deserving of 4 stars. Very pleasant two day stay.”

“Very helpful staff. Good choice of food and drink. Comfy beds”

“不理想。”

“喜歡這家酒店，位置就在市中心內。逛街方便。清潔、衛生程度不俗。員工有禮，早餐都非常到位。空調良好。”

“This is my favourite place to stay. Clean rooms with everything you need for a short stay. The food is amazing and plenty of choice. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend”

“Property lovely, high standard interior. Staff on reception felt a little awkward as if on guard sat at a desk near the stairs but were always friendly. Access was a little difficult due to cars parked around the entrance to the car park. I guess to avoid the additional charge per night extra charge which we paid. Upon leaving our car was covered in tree sap but it will wash off. We stayed for 4 days and no one came into our room to empty our bins, replenish toiletries or restock the hot drink……

“地方位置比較寧靜”

“The location is not very near to the centre but it’s still manageable for a 20-minute walk. There’re also some restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. The parking lot is at the rear of the lodge. Don’t trust Google Maps which would direct you to the front. We got a room on ground floor and I could park the car just outside the room. It saved us efforts of moving our luggages. The full breakfast was excellent though it lacked black pudding of traditional full English one.”
