"The food was delicious they let us to choose anything, the variety it was so much that We didn't have the time to eat everything they were offering, the employees from the restaurant were a UNIQUE experience they were always aware of our needs. I wan to give special THANKS to JUAN from the cafeteria bar for taking care of US. The room was so clean and smell SO GOOD every day It was so nice coming back from the activities and find all kind of supplies. They think about everything creams ,shampoo,cleaning personal tools that exceed my expectations,and the Bed was so comfortable with large fluffy pillows . We were 100% satisfied . For us is a10 stars Hotel thanks so much to all the employees I will recommend this hotel if you want to have a beautiful experience. "

"Overall our experience was great! Check in and check out was fast. They do have currency exchange if you need. I would definitely recommend the breakfast on site as there is an abundance of choices for all. The hotel is located walking distances from the beach. The street behind the hotel is full of commerce including restaurants, shopping mall and groceries. It was extremely convenient to be able to walk to the stores at any time of the day. The colonial area ( Wall City/Getsemani) is about 12 minute car ride. Lastly, the staff was phenomenal, from Ricardo, Maria, Jesus, Cristian. I am missing a lot of names. They were exceptional. "

"Love my stay well located area near centric historical walking distance across the muelle n in the back opposite side getsamani town Alfonso n staff The guys on rooftop are the best host there so kind ,attentive friendly As a female solo travel, they made my birthday stay be on of the best one!!! They even sang happy bday for breakfast with a pastry ,Please don't look no further book here!!! Hasta luego Cartagena I sure will back staying here again!! "
