The staff are so accommodating, warm, friendly, and inviting… I got there after check-in closed, not realizing that it was at 10 o’clock, and the hospitality extended to me, and my husband was absolutely refreshing. The grounds were meticulously landscaped. The pool seem so invited. Give me every feeling that I was in the tropics.. “The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food and amenities were enjoyable. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a very frustrating check-in process. We waited over three hours past check-in time before our room was finally ready. To make up for the delay, we were assured by the front desk—and it was noted on our reservation—that we would receive a 2:00 PM late checkout the following day.
