Siamo stati due notti in questa struttura dove siamo stati benissimo, coccolati, personale molto gentile. Abbiamo cenato in struttura le due sere in cui siamo stati ed avviamo mangiato benissimo, cibo di qualità e molto curato. l'atmosfera famigliare e confortevole. Ringrazio tutto lo staff e se capiteremo nuovamente in Umbria, sarà il nostro punto di riferimento. Lo consiglio.

As we were leaving, my wife said, “This was the loveliest hotel we’ve ever stayed at.” And we’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. Have a glass of wine sitting outside among the roses. Enjoy a particularly delicious breakfast. The entire place has old world Italian charm. And the staff are outstanding. Strongly recommended.

Soggiorno molto gradevole e ottima cucina
Hotel delizioso all’interno di un edificio storico ristrutturato con cura. Camera nel complesso confortevole. Ottimo il ristorante (noi abbiamo usufruito del menu alla carta) e lista dei vini con ricarico accettabile. Colazione buona e gestita efficientemente nonostante le restrizioni Covid

Owner and staff were very kind and accommodating. Food and service was excellent. We did have an ac unit that was having a hard time cooling our room. So we didn’t sleep as well with warmer top floor room. Everything else was great however.

Beautiful historic building ten minute drive to Todi. Old fashioned and religious decor. Not enough outlets to plug in chargers. Nice views over the valley. So-so breakfast.

Abbiamo prenotato in questo hotel fidandoci dei giudizi positivi riportati on line e si è rivelato veramente meraviglioso. Inoltre ci ha attratto la possibilità di visitare tanti luoghi a poca distanza (1 ora circa di macchina). Abbiamo mangiato molto bene sia all'interno dell'hotel sia nelle città visitate. Consigliato DI SICURO!

Nowhere near the beautiful village of Todi
Hotel says it's in Todi. Liars! Would not refund my 2 night reservations when I cancelled. I did not rent a car and had no way to get from hotel to the actual town of Todi which was about a 20 minute drive away through the Italian countryside. A costly mistake and a poor excuse for a hotel!!!

Struttura piccola, carina, appartata, a pochi metri dal Santuario di Collevalenza e a 6 km. da Todi. L'arredamento è curatissimo, sembra di entrare in una bomboniera. La camera (la n. 2) è di dimensioni modeste, ma davvero bella in tutti i particolari. Eccellente anche la manutenzione e la pulizia che abbiamo trovato. Tutto il servizio è all'insegna di una familiare cortesia. La colazione, magari con qualche richiesta (ma è giusto così) lascia del tutto soddisfatti.

The owner Rosalie and Kelly her golden retrieve were there to greet us when we arrived about two hours late. She offered to get us something to eat and helped plan our days trips with great suggestions. The staff where very pleasant and very accommodating even with very limited english

Camera piccola ma confortevole, un po' carente per la pulizia e mancante di frigobar e telefono, menzionati nei servizi presenti. Ottimo il ristorante, e affabile gran parte dl personale. Consigliato a tutti.

Top notch
We stayed only for one night at Albergo Torre Sangiovanni, but regret we didn't book more nights at this lovely place. The hotel is beautiful located in an old castle, close to both Todi and Orvieto. The whole hotel is exceptionally beatiful and cosy decorated and all facilities were very fresh. We had also a very nice dinner in the garden, prepared by the charming landlady. Albergo Torre Sangiovanni is top notch and highly recommended.

wonderful stay in this charming medieval castle.
Rosary is delightful, as is her staff. Décor is antiques and charming. Food is delicious and service is excellent although English is often referred back to Rosary. Mattress comfort could be better, but is very typical of European mattresses. They could use a "pillow-top" mattress pad. :-)

Very good in general but very difficult to find using GPS. Need to enter Colvalensa in field for city and leave the other fields empty. This will get you ~200 meters from hotel. Try not to arrive at night. Hotel should provide better instructions in this regard. Wi-Fi is erratic.

Soggiorno breve ma molto confortevole in una struttura calda ed accogliente dove spicca la gentilezza e la cortesia della proprietaria , la signora Rosy.lo consiglio a chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno di spiritualita'e tranquillità a Collevalenza soggiornando in questa magnifica struttura situata nel borgo antico del paese in una torre di guardia restaurata , con molto gusto e classe, a due passi dal Santuario di Madre Speranza

Non mi aspettavo un B&B così, sicuramente molto al di sopra delle mie aspettative ad iniziare dalla proprietaria e al personale tutto molto cortese e affabile. Accompagnato in camera ci è stato spiegato tutto in relazione al funzionamento delle regole del soggiorno, la camera arredata in stile con l'architettura dello stabile, vera torre medioevale, confortevole, spaziosa, pulita e profumata . La prima colazione abbondante nella quantità e nella scelta dei cibi come per la qualità degli stessi. Sicuramente se ne avrò l'occasione tornerò.

Il B&B sorge in una posizione incantevole ed è curato con estrema attenzione sia nelle camere che nel giardino. Le camere sono pulite e il servizio impeccabile. Interessante la possibilità di ordinare alla carta o, come nel mio caso, di approfittare del menu a prezzo fisso da un rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero ottimo. Molto ospitale la proprietaria, una signora attenta ai clienti e realmente preparata sulle vicende legate a Madre Speranza. Consigliato vivamente.

We loved our stay at the beautiful Torre Sangiovanni B&B! Rosary is a lovely host (but don't be late) who serves a amazing breakfast that is both delicious and a work of art! The 1,000 year old castle, was recently very tastefully redone by Rosary. It is situated in Todi in the gorgeous Umbria region of Italy. We loved our short stay and plan to return.

this beautiful B & B is actually a hotel with a very professional and friendly staff. While breakfast featured many customary items, we were also offered eggs if we wanted. The cappuccino was wonderful. However, the best part of the food is actually dinner on the terrace surrounded by many blooming flowers. Each dinner we ate was extraordinary. If you cannot stay here, at least have dinner or lunch!

Adagiato su un colle un po' fuori dai percorsi abituali, il B&B Torre S.Giovanni colpisce per la cura in ogni dettaglio. Dall'arredamento della stanza, alla bellissima fioritura all'ingresso del B&B, dalla cura nel posizionare nella sala colazione/ristorante "le cose" di una volta alle tazze da ambiente raffinato. Che dire: almeno una visita qui va fatta....

O local é maravilhoso e "bello". Procurávamos um hotel em Todi e só depois de reservarmos a estadia percebemos que fica em Collevalenza, cerca de 10km da cidade de Todi. Fomos muito bem atendidos,o staff foi atencioso, a comida é ótima. O quarto espaçoso, limpo, confortável. O café da manhã é bom, com o croissant doce (delicioso), tortas, iogurte, sucos, etc , tudo bem servido. Infelizmente com poucas opções de frutas e pães salgados. Compreensível por termos hábitos diferentes. Mas pode-se pedir o pão, presunto e queijo separadamente. As opções de pratos no jantar é boa e a comida excelente. O Wifi não é muito bom, no quarto ficou muito instável. Espero retornar e desfrutar um pouco mais deste local lindo.
