Property itself is very clean and nice. Because of a serious medical issue I could spend only 1 night instead of the seven that I paid for. I was told at checkout and by expedia message that their policy did not allow reimbursements, but they would review my special case with management. They never did.」

「The conditions were absolutely deplorable. The sheets blankets and pillows were heavily stained and dirty. The sleeping pillow lacked a pillowcase and there was only one pillow between the two of us. The window had no curtains and faced neon lighting so it was always daylight. The space was so cramped we couldn’t even fit our small suitcase in without lifting it over the couch. There was no hand soap and only two tiny towels for two grown adults staying for a week.
