“How I wish the bed is better, the mattress protection is gross and rough so it is very uncomfortable and the comforter is gross and old. Thankful for the ladies that clean the room because she replaced my worn out comforter. All staff are friendly and helpful except for one lady at the front desk who seemed to be don’t want to be bothered… I ask for quarters for laundry and lied that they are out.”

“Front door locks at about 9 or 10pm. Must open it with my room key. When it was bolted, this was almost impossible....really almost impossible. I could have been locked out all night.”
