"Property was reasonably priced for area. Pros: extremely clean, hardwood floors, comfortable bedding, coffee and water available . Cons: no healthy breakfast. Plan on grabbing breakfast somewhere else."

"Nice neighborhood, good parking, very clean and comfortable. Bunk bed was reasonably comfortable, larger bed was OK but different from what I'm used to. That said, it was a very nice VRBO experience, better than many that I've had and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a 2-3 person stay in Montrose."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the mini ranch! The property is very private and dead quiet, but still very close to downtown Montrose. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed and more, the covered parking was an added bonus, and the vibe of the place was quaint and relaxing! We loved the shade of the front porch and the hummingbirds that came to visit regularly. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others."
