“Our stay was great for what we needed as an overnight stop. Listing is accurate. As another person mentioned, the walls were thin but noise level was comparable to hearing others move around in a hotel. (No loud voices). “Cute place as the pictures show. And a very short walk to the heart of Ellicottville. But the walls are paper thin and you hear everything going on in the rooms around you. The mattress was old and should have been replaced. The headboard did not match the bed frame and was poorly secured. Finally, the water is hard and the water pressure is mediocre, making it hard to get all the soap / shampoo rinsed clean. ”
