“Very memorable stay experience, loved the breakfast there”

“Gary and Chrissy are WONDERFUL hosts. Property is relaxing. Amazing place to disconnect. Please beware, this is a working farm. You will be around animals. Including Chickens and Roosters. To my wife and I, this added to the charm of the place. The breakfast they serve as part of you stay is all fresh food from the land and delicious. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.”

“The host was very warm and personable. Great individual. I didn't mind traveling to and from the bath house, but that might not be for everyone. A laundry facility would be great for longer stays.”

“This house was the best equipped rental I've ever stayed at, and I've stayed at many. The kitchen is very well stocked, had everything we needed and then some. Extremely spacious, lots of towels etc, and absolutely spotlessly clean. Host was very kind, and responsive to my questions when I was there during a snowstorm - driveway was plowed very promptly. We really enjoyed staying at this house for Christmas, and if the opportunity arises, I'd love to stay there again in the spring/summer to……

“Our stay at The Oasis was wonderful. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed - including paper products, garbage bags and all bathroom needs. The owners were super responsive and informative. The kids loved the pool, wiffle ball field and the firepit. ”

“The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few……

“The house was clean and very secluded. We visited for a week to go to Dreams Park which was a 30 minute drive through rolling hills and pastures- picturesque. Home was well stocked with utensils, appliances and spices/condiments. Beautiful view of night skies. Closest grocery we found was in Oneonta about 20 minutes away. Minor hassle with scheduling worker to come into home while we were away, hoped it could be arranged for a different time while we were not occupying the home. The host……
