「Very memorable stay experience, loved the breakfast there」

「Gary and Chrissy are WONDERFUL hosts. Property is relaxing. Amazing place to disconnect. Please beware, this is a working farm. You will be around animals. Including Chickens and Roosters. To my wife and I, this added to the charm of the place. The breakfast they serve as part of you stay is all fresh food from the land and delicious. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.」

「Great spot after being at the All-Star village all day.」

「It was easy to contact the host. Information regarding the house and procedures was clearly communicated. The house was comfortable to stay in and everything worked properly.」

「If you’ve got business in Cooperstown, considering the price and location—this place can’t be beat. Friendly hosts and serene property. Needs an outdoor area for guests that isn’t right in front of the owners house (20 feet away).」

「The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...

「Great place to say for our trip to Dreams Park. 」

「While visiting Cooperstown for Baseball Hall of Fame induction ceremony we stayed at Abel’s Acres. The house was huge, clean, comfortable and the perfect setting for relaxing in evenings! Giant kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking. Quiet area for enjoying nature and star gazing. Perfect place for family gatherings.」

「Judy was a fantastic host, and the property was clean, spacious and everything we could have wanted for our week in Cooperstown! All the extras provided like coffee, stadium chairs, and games for the siblings were excellent and much appreciated.」

「Family friendly but not Great for tall people.」

「Amazing location and property!」

「Great house and host was a delight! Only feedback would be that this is not a 5 bedroom home. The game room with 2 twins has no door and is located between the master and main living area with no privacy.」
