“Very quiet, great breakfast, Lovely property and great staff. What I didn't like was EXPEDIA leading me on by asking for my credit card at the time of booking. Silly me, I thought I was paying for my stay, as I seldom use that card, I knew I had enough to pay for the room, and thought that's what I was doing. NOT THE CASE. So I had to scramble at check-in because I owed $482.00 the regular room rate rather than the deal I thought I HAD gotten using Expedia. NOT a happy camper was I. Thank you……

“Me and my girlfriend had an amazing stay this past weekend. The cabin was clean and well stocked with everyday needs. We were allowed to use the shower in the barn, which was a great surprise. Overall we were very satisfied with the location, cleanliness, and hospitality of the ranch staff. Highly recommend!!”

“Our treehouse stay was absolutely amazing and the perfect way to kick off summer for our family. Tucked away just off a main road, it felt secluded and peaceful, yet made for a great base to take little day trips and explore the charming surrounding towns.One of the highlights was the field full of fireflies at night—it felt truly magical under a sky blanketed with stars. Being right on the Genesee River and White Creek gave us the chance to explore the shoreline, our 8 year old son loved……

“We had a great stay at Cabin Creek. It was exactly what we were looking for to kick off summer: private cabin in the woods, we did some "creeking" and saw waterfalls on the property, great big porch to grill and eat dinner outside, had nice fires among the fireflies and it was super close to Letchworth where we spent Saturday hiking. Dave gave us great recommendations for nearby dinner spots. It was the perfect laid back getaway. ”

“Cozy and quiet. Tucked into the woods with a pond full of singing frogs. Cabin was clean and well equipped with all we needed for a long weekend. Bed was comfortable.We enjoyed nearby Corning Glass Museum and Letchworth State Park.wish the windows had screens so we could have had them open since the weather was cool enough.”

“We had a great time getting away and off the grid for a bit! I did go through withdrawal from my cell, but then it made me focus on the beautiful scenery. The cabin was up high on a mountain, so make sure you have an all wheel drive vehicle. Had hot showers and a nice kitchenette with small frig. The big windows near the comfy bed was the best! There is a DD near by for your coffee fix too! But I learned how to use the old coffee perculator on the stove. Will be coming back soon!”

“We were meeting relatives from several different states. They all stayed at Letchworth State Park in rustic cabins, tents and trailers. We wanted accommodations that were a step up and were quite delighted with this property. Since it was so hot, we thoroughly enjoyed the A/C and also were very happy with the wifi! The cottage had everything we needed. A restaurant was within walking distance.”

“The location was very nice being close to everything . It was kept clean. Definitely not toddler or baby friendly with all of the floor decorations throughout and stairs to get up and into the unit but we made it work. We did cook a couple times which worked out well for what was supplied to cook with. The third bedroom is only a twin blow up mattress not a queen futon . Overall would definitely stay again ”
